Required qualifications

Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

1. Hold (or be in the process of obtaining) a valid Quebec teaching authorization: teaching certificate (brevet d’enseignement), a teaching permit, or a provisional authorization.
2. Hold a vocational education, college education, or  bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the subject to be taught  :  Commercial and residential painting
3. Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the profession.

For diplomas obtained abroad, the comparative evaluation of studies completed outside Quebec issued by the Ministère de l'Immigration, de la Francisation et de l'Intégration attesting that you have a bachelor's degree is required.
