The Eastern Townships School Board is seeking a part-time psychologist to join our dynamic team of school professionals.
The workload is divided as follows:
40% regular position at Alexander Galt Regional High School.
20% replacement at Sherbrooke Elementary School.
20% supernumerary in elementary schools in the Massey Vanier sector.
This person will be part the schools’ multidisciplinary teams and will be responsible for prevention and screening activities, providing assistance and guidance to students experiencing or likely to experience social maladjustments or learning difficulties, evaluating the psychological and mental functioning and determining an individualized education plan in order to foster psychological health and restore mental health of students in interaction with their environment and support them in their educational path and in their personal and social development.
