TEMPORAIRE
Ce poste temporaire à temps plein sera disponible à compter du 1 juillet, 2023, et ce, jusqu’au 30 juin 2024 à l’école REACH dont les pavillons sont situés au 471 rue Green, 675 rue Green et au 276 Boul. Queen à Saint-Lambert, et 880 rue Hudson, Greenfield Park.
NATURE DU TRAVAIL:
En collaboration avec la direction de l’école, la personne choisie aidera à la gestion de la pédagogie et de l’administration de l’école afin de favoriser le succès des élèves. Cette gestion comprend les projets éducatifs, le plan de réussite scolaire, l’évaluation du personnel, le plan d’intervention personnalisée, les activités étudiantes et tout projet d’initiative pertinent à l’école. Ce poste requiert d’excellentes compétences en relations interpersonnelles, en résolution de conflits et un habilité à communiquer en français et en anglais. La personne doit avoir une connaissance du programme d’éducation du Québec. De plus, elle aura des habilités à communiquer avec les parents, les élèves et les autres intervenants du milieu scolaire.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES :
Baccalauréat en sciences de l’éducation ou grade universitaire de 1er cycle dans un champ d’études approprié sanctionnant un programme d’études universitaires d’une durée minimale de 3 ans.
Maîtrise ou un certificat en administration scolaire (terminé ou en cours).
Autorisation permanente d’enseigner décernée par le ministère de l’Éducation et Enseignement Supérieure (MEQ).
Cinq (5) années d’expérience pertinente.
AUTRE EXIGENCES :
Maîtrise de la langue française et anglaise, à l’oral et à l’écrit.
Très bonne connaissance des programmes pédagogiques et du programme de formation de l’école québécoise.
Preuve de compétences en Leadership.
Excellentes compétences en relations interpersonnelles.
Engagement à l’intégration des élèves en difficulté.
Formation en : TEACCH, CPI, ABA, TSA et toutes autres connaissances avec des enfants aux besoins particuliers.
Connaissance des six programmes : 4 ans, maternelle 5 ans, P.I.I., C.A.S.P., DÉFIS et Parcours de formation axée sur l’emploi.
SALAIRE ET CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL:
Conformément au Règlement sur les conditions d’emploi des gestionnaires des commissions scolaires. Cette position s’inscrit dans la classification 06, salaire entre 78 600,00 $ à 104 797,00 $, selon qualifications et expérience.

ELEMENTARY VICE-PRINCIPAL – REACH SCHOOL
TEMPORARY
This temporary full-time position will be available as of July 1, 2023 until June 30, 2024 at REACH School with pavilions located at 471 Green, 675 Green & 276 Queen in St Lambert, and 880 Hudson Street, Greenfield Park.
NATURE OF THE TASK:
The selected candidate will, in collaboration with and under the supervision of the Principal, assist in the management of the pedagogical and administrative matters of the school in order to foster success for all students. The position includes all of the duties required for the management of the programs and resources related to one or more of the programs as determined by the School Principal. These matters include: the Educational Project, School Success Plans, Evaluation of Staff, Individual Educational Plans, Student Activities and any local school initiatives. The position requires excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution and communication skills in English and in French. The successful candidate should have knowledge of the QEP. In addition, skills developed in the area of community relations with parents, students and other partners that support the school community are required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in education or an undergraduate degree in a relevant field of study certifying a minimum three-year university program
Master’s level degree or Certificate in Educational Administration (completed or in progress).
Permanent teaching licence issued by the Ministère de l’Éducation, et enseignement supérieur (MEQ).
Five (5) years of relevant experience.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
Mastery of both French and English, spoken and written.
Strong knowledge of pedagogical programmes and the Quebec Education Program.
Proven Leadership Skills.
Excellent interpersonal relation and communication skills.
Commitment to the integration of students with special needs.
Training in TEACCH, CPI, ABA, knowledge of Autism and have any other special needs training
Awareness of the six programs: 4 year-old, 5-year old K, P.I.I., C.A.S.P., Challenges and WOTP
SALARY AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
As outlined in the Regulation Respecting the Conditions of Employment of Management Staff of School Boards. This position falls within the classification 06, for a salary between $78,600.00 and $104,797.00 according to qualifications and experience.
